Deep in the bowels of the underground of the old City of Berlin, located close to the catacombs, BabyLon BerLin is a place of Glamour and Seamless Sin. It evokes an exclusive Film Noir avant garde musical space. To enter Babylon Berlin is, as many people have described it, an aesthetic religious experience. "There's something almost spiritual about the "atmosphere" and underground current which transfixes and seduces. A dreamy magickal dissolution.

Set in 1930 during the Wiemar Republic, this chic performance venue is a dark stylish, moody, cabaret setting, evoking dark mysteries, seduction and subterfuge. Famously secretive, and provoking sex, crime, fashion and fetish in an unobtrusive manner. A place for the innocent and wicked to mingle and flirt. In addition to period music of Kurt Weill, improvised by the great femme Ute Lemper, you may hear tunes such as "Dance Away", by Roxy Music, "Ghost Town" by the Specials and "This Town Aint Big Enough" by Sparks, all played out in the underworld smoky, hallucinatory, auratic background to Immersive sounds and rituals of Babylon Berlin.
DRESS CODE AND ADMISSION
In order to maintain a stylish, cutting-edge immersive venue we ask that you please follow our strict dress code requirements.
Ladies - Elegant, chic, glamorous refined dress is preferred. Please, no school girl or bimbo street-wear.
Gentlemen - Naked torso is not acceptable. Bare footed is not acceptable. Please wear either smart business, stylish casual, suits or fetish. Avant-garde art style is acceptable. Street-wear, jeans and sports wear are not appropriate.
No child avatars. No Jeans. No Beachwear. No Flexi Prims
While we recognise people love the enhance their avatars but because we aim to keep the dark, sultry ambience of Babylon Berlin we DO NOT encourage face lights that detract from this. Flexi Prims also increase lag.
No Effort, No Entry.
Gesture use at Babylon Berlin. Moderate gesture use is permitted because we recongise it helps create a vibe and an atmosphere. However, frequent and spamming of gestures is not allowed. Spamming gestures can ruin the experience for some members. Our hostesses will advise on this if necessary.

Between 1919 and 1933, Berlin was one of the Jazz Age’s primary destinations for sex tourists. Its civic leaders even promoted this unsavory attraction in 1927 with the oblique and comic proclamation, “Everyone Once in Berlin!” Nocturnal erotic delights, in fact, had become the metropolis’s third most lucrative industry.
